Advanced Solar Integration Technologies, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Engineer to analyze various energy programs related to Residential, Commercial, and Industrial applications. Reporting to Site Engineering Manager, this position is responsible for the overall technical support of programs.

Position requirements:

The mission of engineering services is to protect and grow revenues contributing to the financial value of our business by both maintaining existing revenues and seeking out new opportunities with close cooperation with the Sales team.

This position is responsible for uncovering energy efficiency opportunities and promoting new conservation and Renewable Energy programs with commercial and industrial customers. Overall project responsibilities include working closely with vendors, trade allies, and customers to solve technical and economic issues related to energy efficiency, cost reduction and alternative energy solutions.

REQUIRED:

> Strong written and oral communication skills – Consultative sales skills are needed to develop and follow up with leads and to sell electric efficiency related concepts, products and technologies (i.e. Solar Photovoltaic, Wind turbine, Generators, UPS and various building materials) to a broad range of business customers and design professionals.

> Possess the ability to work independently or in teams with Strategic Account Managers and vendor/trade associates.

> Be able to communicate clearly with a variety of groups in the field.

> Candidates must possess computer skills particularly with programs like Auto CAD, MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

> Demonstrate exceptional people-skills with the ability to influence people at all levels of organization.

> Be extremely organized and able to quickly prioritize and respond to client demands.

> Participate in the development of the overall goals and objectives of the Sales and Marketing team.

> Maintain familiarity with latest in solar tech., photovoltaic and renewable energy trends and developments in order to speak in an intelligent and informed manner with members of both industries.

Preference will be given to applicants who:

Currently have an experience and network in the Solar and Renewable Energy industry.

The ideal candidate should have a B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and 1-3 years related work experience.

The mission of Sales Director is to protect and grow revenues contributing to the financial value of our business by both maintaining existing revenues and seeking out new opportunities. We are looking for candidates with extensive sales and marketing experience that can manage multiple projects throughout the sales cycle.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

> Plan and execute sales activities; which support the established sales objectives and develop new opportunities for additional growth within the budget.

> Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop personnel and achieve company sales targets.

> Assist in the preparation of goals and budgets; continuously monitor sales reports and operational records to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met and provide quarterly sales forecasts.

> Interface with customers and evaluate market needs, make product and service recommendations, educate and counsel customers on company operating policies and procedures, and stimulate interest in new products and programs.

> Create the strategic plan for market expansion and development.

> Work closely with the Finance, Engineering and Operations departments, coordinate and ensure internal processes including accounting, record keeping, shipping, and customer service operations are optimized to respond to customer needs and support sales efforts.

> Represent ASIT at trade shows and meetings to promote products and services.

> Ensure that all proposals, contracts, and customer price agreements are processed in a timely manner.

> Ensure the company maintains a highly positive and satisfactory relationship with its customers throughout the sales and market development process, ensuring accurate quotes, anticipating needs, resolving concerns and complaints, and providing a high level of technical support.

YOUR PROFILE:

> A solid education (B.A. or M.B.A degree) in Business, Marketing, and finance
> Minimum of 5 years professional experience in management of a sales team
> Must be a strong leader, creative, & possess strategic planning skills
> Excellent communication skills and a confident personality
> Highly developed analytical skills and solid understanding of technical product background
> Knowledge of the renewable energy market; experience a major plus

Advanced Solar Integration Technologies, LLC is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and manage marketing plan in support of growing sales and enhancing company image. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Marketing Coordinator will develop the optimal presentation of ASIT unique market position and offerings.

Position requirements:

> Be able to draft clear, concise press releases.

> Have advanced expertise in all MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Power Point.

> Demonstrate a proven track record of successful brand development and generation of marketing and   brand collateral.

> Demonstrate exceptional people-skills and superior oral and written communication skills.

> Be extremely organized and able to quickly prioritize and respond to internal and external requests.

> Work both independently and in a team, performing equally well in positions of leadership and support.

> Experience managing the web site, updates and changes and managing marketing campaigns.

> Proven success with creative web developing and non-traditional approaches to marketing methodologies.

> Be able to independently develop and manage a budget.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

> Develop and maintain a broad network and mailing list of media contacts and resources.

> Plan and execute strategic marketing plans on both a local and national scale in support of sales goals, capturing market share and growing profitability.

> Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on hidden Renewable Energy market opportunities.

> Improve the structure and organization of internal staff and resources to ensure flexible and rapid response to changes in company goals and industry/market shifts.

> Work with Public Relations firm to improve visibility and strengthen the Company’s brand.

> Work closely with the Sales Department to develop and maintain a robust portfolio of print and electronic sales collateral for a variety of audiences.

> Assist in the development and coordination of an efficient tradeshow schedule, including the creation of all support materials and furnishings.

> Create and maintain electronic and physical archives for all internal and external marketing-related information and materials.

> Overall development and maintenance and enhancement of website content.

> Secure high-quality photography for all projects in all stages of construction and completion.

Preference will be given to applicants who:

> Have PR and/or media advertising experience.

> Have experience in the construction or energy industries.

> B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or Communication.

The applicant should have at least 3-5 years of direct Marketing experience in a small to mid-size company.

Reporting to the Director of Sales or Managing Director, this position is responsible for the overall account sales and development.

Position requirements:

> Have a proven track record of demonstrated sales abilities.

> Be able to communicate effortlessly with a variety of groups in the field. I.e. Real estate brokers, Building owners, site managers, facility and plant managers and homeowners.

> Demonstrate exceptional people-skills with the ability to influence people at all levels of the organization.

> Possess the ability to build and maintain client trust through hard work and consistent follow-through.

> Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills.

> Be extremely organized and able to quickly prioritize and respond to client demands.

> Work both independently and in a team, performing equally well in positions of leadership and support.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

> Targeting new business opportunities within the Commercial and Industrial customers, generating and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

> Preparing sales proposals for clients incorporating financial model, cost and ROI with clearly defined contracts terms and conditions.

> Maintaining familiarity with latest in solar tech., photovoltaic and Renewable energy trends and developments in order to speak in an intelligent and informed manner with members of both industries.

> Managing all aspect of account at local and national level. Including sales, negotiations and monitoring of contracts from start to finish.

> Participating in the development of the overall goals and objectives of the Sales Department.

> Developing and implementing procedures and processes designed to achieve maximum sales volume while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

> Developing and maintaining long-term relationships in order to generate additional projects.
